Following the beta release and reports of development crises, DICE’s Taua 2042 has attracted its positive criticism. Even those who don’t know how much beta is still trying to wrap their heads around the many changes that have been made, such as removing classes and adding Specials. Writer Tom Henderson provided additional details as to why it’s happening now – because the game started out as a royal name war.

On Twitter, Henderson stated, “The belief is that,Malae Taua2042 started as the War Royale is real, although I’m not sure how far the development has changed to a more ‘normal’ Such a field. It is inspiration from Call of Duty it was there, but Apex [Legends] a GOOD inspiration. ”Considering 128 reading players, qualified as grappling hooks and each featuring their own backstories, it starts to make a little more sense.

Yes, even if this is true, when the direction of the unknown changes (with the Specialist reportedly being inspired by Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Operators). Henderson said that “It’s a bold statement to say – But you can provide proof if you’re a writer that includes this type of information.” Time will tell when such witnesses come so take it with a pinch of salt for now.

Meanwhile, Taua 2042 is still set to release back on November 19. It will be available for Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X / S and PC. Stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
