Monster Hunter Rise coming to PC early next year but in the meantime, demo is free available to try on Steam. Up to four supported players require 10 GB of free space with multiplayer. This is basically the second demo released for the Nintendo Switch earlier this year so progress won’t transfer to the full game.
However, there is also no limit to the number of times players can attempt the quests. Along with each of the 14 weapon types, there are five quests available. Basic Training teaches you about the Wirebug and riding the Palamute while Wyvern Riding Training provides insight into the practice of installing and controlling monsters. Hunting quests include Great Izuchi, Mizutsune and Magnamalo.
They rank from Beginner to Intermediate and Advanced in terms of difficulty, especially as players have to use fixed loads and equipment. Monster Hunter Rise out on January 12th 2022 for PC. Check out our review of the Switch version here. Unfortunately, there will be no cross-platform playback or cross-saving between the Switch and PC versions.
