Possible PC port rumors, remaster, or sequel for Blood carried have been around for years, and every now and then, they keep rising. Obviously, people really want at least one of those things to happen, though there has been no indication that Sony is doing it. Recently, the rumor mill has been stirring again, with Colin Moriarty of Last Stand Media, formerly of IGN, claiming that Bluepoint Games is working on not just a remaster of Blood carried for the PS5, but also on full sequence.

That has now been confirmed by another insider. XboxEra co-founder Nick Baker – who has a good track record of PlayStation-related leaks in recent months – commented on a recent episode of the XboxEra Podcast, based on what he has heard, Bluepoint Games is true is working on a Blood carried remaster for the PS5 and a full sequel. In addition, Baker also says that a PC port of the first game is also “done.”

BlueSt Games recently purchased Bluepoint Games, after which it was confirmed that the studio’s next game would not be another remake, but “original content” – although interestingly, they did not specifically call it a new IP. Shortly afterwards, another rumor claimed that a second project was also in the works at Bluepoint, and that it was going to be a “beloved” remake.

Of course, Blood carried rumors are not uncommon, and their history has been untidy in the past, to say the least. It’s best to tread carefully about this one as well – we’ll keep an eye out for new details though, so stay tuned for more updates.
