SIE Santa Monica Studio’s epic sequel is out in 2022 for PS4 and PS5, and sees Kratos and Atreus preparing for the arrival of Ragnarok.

There are also new scenes captured from the game that the trailer features, giving a better view of Freya and Angrboda, some of the new places Kratos and Atreus visit, and more. Check them out below.
Follow the events of God of War (2018), Kratos and Atreus are trying to cross the Nine Realms as Asgard’s army prepares for battle (and the arrival of Ragnarok). We know that the Duo seeks out Tyr, the Norse god of war, but they are also gathering other allies “from across the nations” to face “terrible enemies in the form of Norse gods and monsters.”
Yes, Atreus wants to learn more about Loki and the prophecy that surrounds him. Kratos isn’t available and has to choose between “choosing not to be afraid of repeating his mistakes or freeing himself from his past to become the needed Atreus father.” It’s also written that Kratos ’dangerous Spartan skills will be put to the test just as he did before as he fights to protect his family. ”
There’s still a little bit we already know but it should be nice to see other partners that the couple can bring together. Mimir is back with sma players Dwarven Sindri and Brok. Other subjects that have been confirmed to appear include Thor, Odin (who will reportedly have many contributions), Hrist and Gna of the Valkyries, and Einherjar.
