We still can’t get our heads around the fact that Dying Light is nearly six years old. And what’s more, it’s a game that is still consistently getting a fresh dab, with multiple DLC packs arriving. Today we see one of the very best zombie games of all-time gain access to further content, both free and paid. What makes it even more exciting is the fact this comes with a bit of a Left 4 Dead crossover. What more could you want in life?

Available to download into your Dying Light base game right this instant are the L4D2 Bill & Gnome Chompski Pack and the Classified Operation Bundle.

Available for free, the L4D2 Bill & Gnome Chompski Pack is pretty much covered by the wording of the title, as we see Techland drop two of the most iconic characters into their zombie-filled survival world. Yep, it’ll cost you absolutely noting to go zombie bashing with Bill & Gnome Chompski in tow, with them bringing a rather tasty two-handed weapon for good measure.

So that’s the free angle covered, but what if you wish to splash a little cash on Dying Light? Well, that’s where the Classified Operation Bundle comes in. Costing a mere £2.49, this will let you become a proper secret agent, working the line with new Classified Operation skins and weaponry. This sees you able to kit your character out as a Secret Agent, it lets you reskin your buggy in the Covert Crash colours, and it lets you head into the fight with the Torn Whisper (a silenced pistol), the Savoir Vivre gentleman’s cane AND Soaring Death – an SMG that just so happens to come with a huge ammo clip.

If you think the situation in Harran is on the verge of even more collapse and wish to see an end to the zombie hordes, grabbing either the Classified Operation Bundle or the free Left 4 Dead content should be at the top of your want list.

Just pop over to the Xbox Store and nab the content right now. The links above will help you out there.
