Sony has unveiling new details on Uncharted: Thieves’ Legacy Collection, which will produce remastered versions of the PS4 exclusive Uncharted 4: The End of a Thief a Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. The collection will launch for PS5 on January 28, 2022. There is no word yet on when the PC version will arrive, but Sony promises that it will share more about that in the future.
As for what to expect from it on the PS5, Uncharted: Thieves’ Legacy Collection it will only cover the single player experiences of both games, which means that, as per previous reports, their online multiplayer components will not be included.
The remasters will feature three graphics modes on the PS5. Loyalty Mode will feature native 4K resolution along with 30 FPS performance; Performance Mode will target 60 FPS, carrying the high-frame PS4 patch; and Performance + Mode will target 120 FPS, with the resolution reduced to 1080p.
In the meantime, you can also expect “near instant” load times, support for 3D spatial audio, as well as adaptive triggers and DualSense haptic feedback.
Uncharted: Thieves’ Legacy Collection it will cost $ 49.99 / € 49.99, but if you already own one of the two games or their digital PS4 bundle, you can upgrade to the digital version of the revamped collection for $ 10.
