In the period before Dying Light 2 Stay Human Launched in February, developer Techland has been releasing new developer diaries in its “Dying 2 Know More” video series, with each video focusing on specific aspects of the game. The newest episode just released recently comments Dead Light 2’s user interface, with Agata Sykuła UI Producer revealing various details.
Going by what Sykuła says, during the development, Techland seems to have put a great deal of emphasis on taking feedback from playtests and peeling the UI accordingly, while also trying to get as many UI customization features available as possible, to let players tailor the UI to their needs and preferences. For example, Dead Light 2 it will allow players to toggle health bars on or off, while also having several dynamic UI elements and accessibility features. Dead Light 2 Stay Human, which has officially gone gold, is due out February 4 for PS5, Xbox Series X / S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Its PC requirements have recently been revealed – check them out here.
