BioWare recently announced a milestone alpha for Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, with the full game playing from start to finish. There’s still a lot more work to do (it’s an alpha build, after all), but it looks like it’s on track for its rumored late 2023 release. As for next Big impacthowever, it may take a little longer.
In the same game update postBioWare general manager Gary McKay said the studio has a team “hard at work predicting what the future holds for new single player Big impact game.” No further details were provided, but he is looking forward to celebrating N7 Day next month. As such, “prediction” could mean many things, so we’ll need to wait for more concrete details in the coming months (or years). At least we know it’s being developed on Unreal Engine 5.
November 7th, N7 Day, is a day of celebration for the series with the community. He released the official artwork for the next Big impact in the past, but there may be no teasing this time. Stay tuned for further updates in the meantime.
