Amplitude Studios’ tower defense tactical shooter Endless Dungeon will have another OpenDev test on PC. The timed test “Second Chance” invites players to play co-op with up to three players, although it is much more limited than the “First Run.” Those interested can register here – check out the trailer below.
Co-op is interesting because players share resources. Other new content includes the Shroom Support hero, who can heal and assist players. You will take on new enemy types and the first “Elite” monster while using new weapons (with different types being effective specific enemies).
The setting for killing a monster is the Labor Colony, a new “beautiful” area in the station that players are trying to escape from. Endless Dungeon coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch. It was announced in August 2020, but a release date has yet to be confirmed. Stay tuned for updates on the same in the coming months.
