After more than a decade of hibernation, the Dead Space franchise finally ready to step back into the limelight. Motive Studio and EA’s remake of the series’ first installment is barely days away from launch now, and as the excitement surrounding its release continues to build, EA has provided specific details about its launch times.
Dead Space becomes accessible to players at midnight PST on January 27, meaning that players in Europe will have to wait until later in the day according to their time zones to dive into the game, while for players in Japan, Australia, China, and several other parts of the world, by the time the game releases, it will be January 28. Meanwhile, preloads for the game are currently live on Xbox, while PS5 and PC players will be able to start preloading on January 25.
Dead Space is released for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. On consoles, it will feature two graphics modes, allowing players to choose between 1440p / 60 FPS and 4K / 30 FPS with ray tracing enabled. You can check out the game’s hefty PC requirements via here.
