The gorgeous retro-inspired RPG from Sabotage Studio of The Messenger fame will release for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5 and PC.
Sea of Stars, Sabotage Studio’s eagerly awaited action RPG, is being released on August 29. A new trailer was revealed during the recent Nintendo Direct, showing a lot of retouching with the composer of Yasunori Mitsuda. There is also an announcement today for the Nintendo Switch.
Inspired by classic RPGs like Illusion of Gaia and Breath of Fire, Star Sea depending on the Children of the Solstice can use Eclipse Magic. They travel the world, fighting the Fleshmancer and his creatures. The battle is based on timing – by pressing the action button at the right time, you can use combos, do more damage, and reduce damage.
There are no crashes or crashes, and exploration includes jumping, climbing, swimming and more. As players progress through the story, they will encounter “many” characters with different stories. There are also activities such as sailing, fishing, table games called Wheel, cooking, and more.
Star Sea is coming to Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4 and PS5.
