The developer Fatshark has announced a new free DLC for Warhammer: vermintide 2. The DLC, titled Treason Toweris supposed to be the conclusion to the Treacherous Adventure saga, and will be coming to PC on March 28. Consoles will see the update down the line early in Q2.
Treason Tower meant to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the co-op hack-and-slash RPG. The DLC will have the Ubersreik 5 investigate a nearby town, and will pit them against the necromancer Sofia Fuegonasus.
Warhammer: vermintide 2 producer Sacha Karsenty has described the Treason Tower DLC as the second and final installment of Brad’s storyline, which began with Treachery Trail.
With the release of the DLC, Warhammer: vermintide 2 players will see a new mission that will continue the story. In terms of gameplay, the DLC includes a host of content, including a new zone, and 13 new in-game challenges to go along with it.
