Ubisoft has announced that its next-gen arcade game Trackmania has reached 5 million players. The studio took to Twitter to announce the event.
Trackmania It was originally released back in July 2020 after seeing a delay from its original release date of May 2020. The game was shown at the time only on Ubisoft’s own Uplay storefront and the Epic Games Store, but since then Time to go to Steam.
Trackmania it features multiple games that can be played solo or multiplayer. Progression in the game mostly revolves around cosmetics, including medals, trophies, and glory skins. The game also features a leveling system that allows players to climb up the levels, as well as the game process and the sequential process.
The game was built with the idea that new content is constantly being released for it. This includes new tracks created by the public that are installed by the installer Nadeo. There is also a strong emphasis on the community aspects of the game, such as club activities.
