Call of Duty: Warzone – How to Get Easier ‘Bot’ Lobbies
Call of Duty: Warzone content creators have found ways to cheat SBMM for easier lobbies and some are calling out major streamers for abusing the game.
Call of Duty: Warzone content
Call of Duty: Warzone fans and content creators have been hearing and discussing the “bot lobby glitch” for several days. After a Call of Duty: Warzone content creator made a video breaking down the bug, fans quickly flooded to the internet seeking answers to if bot lobbies truly exist. With Call of Duty: Warzone’s SBMM system under intense scrutiny from the public, bot lobbies could very easily be a thing as far as the community is concerned.
In the Call of Duty video, content creator Drift0r claims that there is a way to manipulate Call of Duty: Warzone’s SBMM system. By abusing the SBMM formula, players could easily be placed in lobbies filled with low-level human players and occasionally bots. In the video, the content creator refused to disclose the glitch’s steps and claims to have reported the activity to Activision.
After the Call of Duty: Warzone community heard that there was a possibility to perform this glitch, the players went on a wild goose chase. Players either seeking to increase their K/D or simply struggling to compete in traditional servers quickly flocked to online videos that claimed to unlock the secret of finding bot lobbies. No one knew exactly how the process worked until a clip from Rara appeared on YouTube. In the video, Rara spends roughly 15 minutes ranting about SBMM systems and a fellow content creator named Hydro. While Hydro has been called one of the best players in Call of Duty: Warzone, Rara is accusing them of “reverse boosting” their stats using the lobby glitch.
SBMM Warzone site
While browsing through the SBMM Warzone site, Rara noticed some suspicious patterns in Hydro’s numbers. Many of the lobbies that Hydro competed in had K/D ratios averaging around 0.6, with the top 10% holding at a 1.0. While these lobbies were in a duos queue, it is well known that Hydro has never featured an active Duos partner. Rara had decided from that point that Hydro was being queued into easy lobbies.
The full explanation for how this is done can be found in Rara’s video, but many fans are already disputing this process. Drift0r has since commented on Twitter that Rara’s version of the glitch is not the same one that they initially reported. This means that there could be multiple ways to glitch Warzone lobbies into a player’s favor.
It is not recommended that players exploit any game feature as Activision is quick to ban offending accounts. Call of Duty: Warzone is designed as a game of fair competition, and with Activision’s permanent ban policy in place, players using exploits can lose their accounts, transactions, and more.
