It’s been a little over a week since Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch 2 launched in early access as a free title. Although there have been criticisms of its funding, server problems and DDoS attacks are just as much of a deal. The game is “very stable,” and the team has made “a lot of progress in improving or improving the problems” that some are facing.
There are many stable updates is on the way, with another patch coming out this week (hopefully addressing Bastion and Torbjorn’s annoying bugs). Apologies for the delayed launch, there will be more Double Match XP Weekends and special dates to be confirmed soon.
In addition, all players who log in from October 25th until the end of Season 1 in December can get the new Cursed Captain Reaper Legendary skin. It seems to be connected to the upcoming Halloween episode, Junkenstein’s Revenge: Wrath of the Bride, which starts on November 8th. They will also receive the Health Pack Weapon Charm.
Overwatch 2 available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Check out our official review here.
